Black Pork company and Aljomar company recently signed an agreement for which Aljomar become Black Pork manufacturing company for our Acorn Fed 100% Ibérico pork ham. Aljomar is also our iberico pork supplier for v range products we manufacture in our plant in Valencia for the European market.
Aljomar – Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain – is a partner of the Fuentes El Navazo Slaughterhouse – plant number 10.21332 / SA -, the most modern in the sector in all Spain. This reinforces its business model based on the controlled cycle of livestock production, slaughter, cutting and manufacturing.
The Iberico black pork, raised with Aljomar, in the period close to 60/90 days that it dedicates to feeding exclusively from the montanera, needs 6 to 10 kilos of acorns daily, which it combines with another 3 kilos of grass. Watch a video of Aljomar in Chinese here and another in English here.
